“Station Seven: Jesus Falls the 2nd Time”

Set of 14 Stations $8000

Jesus is slowly struggling up to Calvary, with a crowd of both supporters and critics watching every step he takes. He’s at the half-way point, station 7 of 14. He lifts his head a little to see the end and it is within sight. He is sure he can make it. And then he falls. Devastating. We can have the best of intentions, and then life just trips us up. The body has its limits and the rugged cross gets heavier by the second. Part of you wants to surrender; part of you wants to fight. It takes courage to move forward, but as Christians we must hold on to Hope. If we give up, we have failed to walk with Jesus… and right now, he needs us.

Color is symbolic in each of my Stations pieces: Red = Points of pain; White = Movement of the Holy Spirit; Blue = God’s presence; Black = the weight of the cross; Neutrals = Humanity.

Pray: For couples struggling with their marriage.

Action: Ask if anyone in your neighborhood needs help. It may be as simple as providing a cooked meal, mowing a lawn, or offering a ride somewhere.
